Muscat, As many as 1077 new cases of coronavirus (Covid-19) were registered in Oman today, in addition to 17 new Covid-19-related death cases.

This brings the total number of positive Covid-19 cases to 183,770 in the Sultanate.

The total number of Covid-19-related death cases reached 1926, the Ministry of Health said.

The Ministry also pointed out that 1094 new cases have recovered, bringing the total number to 163,750 recoveries.

The Ministry also pointed out that 115 cases were hospitalized over the past 24 hours, adding that the total number of current hospitalized Covid-19-infected patients stands at 812, of them 264 are in intensive care units (ICUs).
