Muscat, As many as 1084 new cases of coronavirus (Covid-19) were registered today in the sultanate, in addition to 12 new Covid-19-related death cases.

This brings the total number of positive Covid-19 cases to 288,138 in the Sultanate.

The total number of Covid-19-related death cases reached 3484, the Ministry of Health said.

The Ministry also pointed out that 1348 new cases have recovered, bringing the total number to 262,174 recoveries.

The Ministry also pointed out that 130 cases were hospitalized over the past 24 hours, adding that the total number of current hospitalized Covid-19-infected patients stands at 1265 of them 446 are in intensive care units (ICUs).
