Adam, 2Competitions of the 5th Al Bashayer Annual Festival for Arabian Camel Racing kicked off at Al Bashayer racecourse in the Wilayat of Adam, Governorate of A’Dakhiliyah today.

The 6-day festival is organized by the Office of Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs, Personal Representative of His Majesty the Sultan.

The festival sees a wide participation of camel owners, coaches and slimming specialists from different governorates of Oman, as well as GCC countries. The participants will be contesting in 74 rounds dedicated for different categories of camels.
