Osama bin Ahmed Khalaf Al Asfoor, Social Development Minister, received Reethisri Wijeratne Mendis, the Sri Lankan Ambassador to Bahrain.
The two sides discussed topics of common interest and ways to reinforce bilateral cooperation and exchange expertise in the social care and protection fields.
The minister praised the Bahraini-Sri Lankan ties and the progress they are witnessing.
The Ambassador lauded the level reached by the ongoing cooperation between the two countries and affirmed her country’s interest in enhancing joint work to benefit the two countries and their peoples.
