His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received, at the Al-Safriya Palace today, Shaikh Khalifa bin Abdulla bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, the Board of Trustees Chairman of the King Hamad Global Centre for Peaceful Coexistence, following the issuance of a Royal Decree appointing him to his post.
HM King Hamad congratulated Shaikh Khalifa bin Abdulla bin Khalifa Al Khalifa on his appointment, wishing him continued success in spreading the Centre’s noble mission, and achieving its human goals of consolidating the values of peace, tolerance and peaceful coexistence, as well as extending bridges of communication and dialogue among various civilisations, cultures and religions.
HM the King expressed pride in the important achievements attained by the King Hamad Global Centre for Peaceful Coexistence since its establishment.
Shaikh Khalifa bin Abdulla bin Khalifa Al Khalifa extended deepest thanks, appreciation and gratitude to HM King Hamad for HM’s precious trust and sound directives.
