Iraqi President Abdul Latif Rashid on Sunday discussed with Kuwait’s Ambassador Tareq Al-Faraj the upcoming visit of Foreign Minister Sheikh Salem Abdullah Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
Both sides stressed the importance of coordination, dialogue, and exchanging of visits between the two countries to enhance bilateral relations and resolve outstanding issues, noted an Iraqi Presidency statement.
It quoted Ambassador Al-Faraj as saying that Sheikh Salem Al-Sabah’s upcoming visit will be by the end of July.
On July 9, Al-Faraj discussed with Iraqi counterpart Fuad Hussain a host of, issues including the visit.
