A number of Palestinian citizens suffered from tear gas suffocation on Saturday, after the Israeli occupation army dispersed a demonstration near the separation fence, east of the Gaza Strip.
Medical sources reported that a number of young men suffered from suffocation as a result of the occupation army firing tear gas canisters at a demonstration that approached the fence separating Gaza City and Israel.
According to eyewitnesses, the demonstration took place in solidarity with the city of Jerusalem and the West Bank in confronting the continuing violations by the Israeli occupation and settlers.
Yesterday, Friday, 9 citizens were injured and dozens suffered from suffocation as a result of the Israeli army dispersing a demonstration near the separation fence in Gaza, which took place in solidarity with the West Bank.
The West Bank has been witnessing escalating tension for months, with continued Israeli incursions into Palestinian cities and villages, without various mediations and diplomatic efforts succeeding in calming the situation on the ground
