Manama, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Foreign Affairs Minister, today held a phone call with his Kuwaiti counterpart, Shaikh Salem Abdulla Al Jaber Al Sabah.

The two ministers discussed the fraternal Bahraini-Kuwaiti relations and cooperation.

They also exchanged views about the ongoing events in the Gaza Strip, and ways to enhance joint cooperation among the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries to support efforts aimed at deescalating the situation, protecting civilians and opening safe corridors to deliver humanitarian aid to the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.
