The Lebanese Health Ministry announced that the Israeli raid on Beirut yesterday, Thursday, resulted in the deaths of 22 martyrs and 117 wounded, noting that the removal of rubble is continuing to recover the bodies of 5 victims under the rubble.
Yesterday evening, Thursday, an Israeli airstrike targeted the Al-Nuwairi and Al-Basta Al-Fouqa areas in Beirut.
RT reported that the raid targeted a residential building in a densely populated neighborhood in the Nuwairi area.
Channel 12 Israel said that Hezbollah’s coordination and liaison officer, Wafiq Safa, was the target, while multiple sources confirmed Safa’s survival.
