Basra A force of the Basra Operations Command managed to free a kidnapped woman from Anbar governorate.

The Operations Command stated in a statement, “After receiving confirmed intelligence information that there was a kidnapping a girl from Al-Anbar Governorate, Fallujah District, she was transferred by the kidnappers to Al-Hartha District in Basra Governorate.

The statement added, “After confirming the intelligence information about the arrival of the kidnapped woman to al-Hartha district, a force from the Commandos Brigade, the Basra Operations Command, was formed and was able to raid the place and free the kidnapped woman, and transferred her to the competent authorities to complete the investigation papers and return her to her family.”
