Agreements for Technology Utilization in Sohar Port Signed

Muscat, Majis Industrial Services company signed today two first-of-a-kind agreements in the Sultanate of Oman dealing with supporting local initiatives by utilizing technology in developing the company’s work to provide exceptional services for its beneficiaries in the Sohar Industrial Port and beyond.

The first agreement, signed with Oman Data Park, utilizes specialized cloud services provided by Oracle Cooperation in the fields of protecting data, as well as the expansion, flexibility and security of government e-services.

The second agreement, signed with Onsor Technologies, will provide laptop devices for government organizations and companies to guarantee the use of the latest all-in-one devices in support and safety services without draining capital budgets.

Majis Industrial Services is a company wholly owned by the government of the Sultanate of Oman. It was founded in 2006 to provide sustainable water solutions in the Sohar Port and Freezone, as well as the Sohar Industrial City.
