Deputy Prime Minister, Caretaker Minister of National Defense, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs, Zeina Akar, on Friday received in her office the US Ambassador to Lebanon Dorothy C. Shea, accompanied by the new Deputy Chief of the US diplomatic mission in Lebanon, Richard Michaels.

Discussions reportedly touched on the current general situation and the latest developments in Lebanon and the region.
