Bahrain all share index closed at 1,954.59 points marking an increase of 1.14 points above the previous closing.

This increase was due to the raise in the communications services sector, financials sector and industrials sector.

Bahrain Islamic index closed at 735.24 points marking an increase of 4.13 points above the previous closing.

Results indicated that 85 equity transactions took place with a volume of 6,348,542 worth BD 824,191.

Results also indicated that 1 Sukuk transaction took place with a volume of 100,000 worth BD 97,400 representing 10.57% of the total value of securities traded.

Investors traded mainly in the financials sector representing 85.99% of the total value of securities traded.
