Bahrain All Share Index closed at 1,963.51 points marking an increase of 0.55 points above the previous closing.
This increase was due to the raise in the communications services sector, consumer discretionary sector, financials sector and real estate sector.
Bahrain Islamic index closed at 723.50 points marking an increase of 0.49 points above the previous closing.
Results indicated that 95 equity transactions took place with a volume of 5,311,214 worth BD 3,423,887.
Investors traded mainly in the materials sector representing 81.77% of the total value of securities traded.
