President of the Bahrain Neuroscience Association at the Bahrain Medical Society (BMS), Dr. Fatima Abdulla, has been elected as a member of the Executive Board of the International League against Epilepsy (ILAE)-Eastern Mediterranean.
BMS President, Dr. Ghada Al Qassim, congratulated Dr. Fatima Abdulla for winning win ILAE membership, noting that the exploit confirms the Bahraini doctors’ competence.
She expressed BMS’ support for all its medical associations in order to develop medical practices in Bahrain and contribute to the international efforts in this regard.
Dr. Fatima Abdulla said that her membership in the Executive Board of ILAE-Eastern Mediterranean will enable her to highlight Bahrain’s distinguished experience in combating epilepsy.
