Manama, Bahrain All Share Index today closed at 1,929.26 points marking a decrease of 1.89 points below the previous closing.

This decrease was due to the fall in the Consumer Discretionary Sector, Financials Sector and Materials Sector.

Bahrain lslamic Index closed at 720.03 points marking an increase of 4.16 points above the previous closing.

Results indicated that 46 equity transactions took place with a volume of 1,262,603 worth BD 461,389.

Investors traded mainly in the Consumer Discretionary Sector representing %43.40 of the total value of securities traded.
