Manama: Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, the Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF), received Steven C. Bondy, Ambassador of the United States to Bahrain.

Lieutenant-General Abdulla bin Hassan Al Noaimi, Defence Affairs Minister, was present.

During the meeting, the Commander-in-Chief commended the Bahrain-US relations in various sectors, particularly in military and defence coordination and cooperation.
