Deputy House Speaker, Elias Bou Saab, on Wednesday received in his office at the Parliament, Italian Ambassador to Lebanon, Nicoletta Bombardiere, with whom he discussed the issue of the Syrian displacement crisis. Bou Saab stressed, “The tension has reached its highest levels and has become dangerous, which calls for a radical change in the EU policy on the question of the displaced by speedily addressing the issue in a different way.” On the other hand, Bou Saab met with a delegation of the UNESCO organization.
