Musandam, Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s (OCCI) branch in Musandam Governorate today organized “the Economic Stimulation Conference in Oman”, in cooperation with Oman Economic Association.

The conference aimed to support the government’s efforts to stimulate the national economy as per the collaborative approach adopted by Oman Vision 2040.

The opening ceremony was held under the auspices of Dr. Said Mohammed Al Saqri, Minister of Economy

Raed Mohammed Al Shehhi, anch in Musandam, said that the Economic Stimulation Conference comes within OCCI’s efforts to enhance the business and investment environment and revitalize Oman’s economy.

The move is within the framework of OCCI’s role in supporting private sector companies to overcome current challenges, and conveying their views to the authorities concerned.

The conference included four discussion sessions on the impact of government incentives, monetary policies, the impact of interest rates, the business and investment environment, decision governance and policy integration.
