Egyptian President: Preserving national state necessary for countries’ future, prosperity

Abdel Fattah El Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, emphasized that preserving the national state and supporting its institutions are a necessity for the future and prosperity of nations.

He further stated that it is now a duty and responsibility to rely on collective efforts, self-reliance, and integration among all parties to formulate decisive solutions to various issues, SPA reported.

President El-Sisi delivered this message during his speech at the 32nd Arab Summit, hosted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Jeddah.

The Egyptian President also emphasized the importance of optimising joint action to address global crises and coordinate efforts to reform the global economic governance system.

In particular, he highlighted the need for financing institutions and international development banks to be more responsive to the challenges the developing world faces.
