Environment Authority Inducts Human Development Initiatives

Muscat, The Environment Authority has inaugurated human resources initiatives to achieve various goals, including e-training and self-learning.

The Authority advances such initiatives to reinforce the culture of learning, provide ongoing development at low cost and furnish a training environment that is rich in educational resources, supervised by experts and specialists and mounted on local and international e-platforms.

The inaugural ceremony included a training dashboard that focuses on converting training data into information, statistics and reports. The process offers a feature of interactive use, depending on algorithms, and utilizes business intelligence to enable decision-making and determine training approaches.

The ceremony also included the induction of a Professional Certificates project that lends support to holders by providing them with updates in their respective areas of specialization.

Held under the auspices of Sayyid Salim Musallam Al Busaidi, Human Resources Development Undersecretary at the Ministry of Labour, the opening ceremony touched on practices of human development in the governorates of A’Dhahirah, North A’Sharqiyah and North Al Batinah.
