Caretaker Minister of Finance Youssef Khalil on Wednesday highlighted the obligation to endorse the 2022 state budget and to enact the required reforms to kick off the course of recovery.

He also stressed the need to modernize the public procurement law.

His remarks came during his meeting with a delegation of the French Development Agency (AFD).
