Muscat, Sayyid Badr Hamad Al Busaidi, Foreign Minister held a meeting with Dato Seri Setia Haji Erywan bin Pehin Datu Pekerma Jaya Haji Mohd Yusof, Second Foreign Minister of Brunei Darussalam.

The virtual meeting was held on the sidelines of the 76th meetings of the UN General Assembly.

During the meeting, they stressed their keenness on promoting cooperation in various fields, especially in areas of joint investments.

They also exchanged views on regional and international matters of common interest. The two sides underscored their support to all efforts exerted to cement pillars of peace and stability in the world.

The meeting was attended by Sheikh Ahmed Hashel Al Maskari, the Sultanate’s ambassador to Brunei.
