Foreign Ministry congralutaltes Zeina Mina on her apppointment as director of Francophone Games

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants on Friday congratulated in a statement Zeina Mina on her appointment as the director of Francophone Games, becoming the first Lebanese woman to assume this position.

The Foreign Ministry said in its statement that Mina enjoys a broad scientific and cultural background and holds a doctorate in Physical Education and Management, adding that Mina is a sportswoman who represented Lebanon at the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles.

Mina has participated in organizing the Francophone Games in Lebanon, which was held from September 27 till October 6, 2009, under the title “Solidarity, Diversity and Excellence.”
