Jassem Mohamed Albudaiwi, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) met with Michael Alan Ratney, Ambassador of the United States of America to Saudi Arabia.

Albudaiwi stressed the importance of the GCC-US strategic partnership in serving common interests and supporting the security and stability of the region.

He congratulated the ambassador on his appointment his post, wishing him every success in performing his duties.

The meeting discussed topics of common interest, especially those related to the joint GCC-US meetings that are held within the framework of the strategic partnership between the GCC and the US as well.
