Caretaker Minister of Public Health, Dr. Hamad Hassan, on Friday said that three cases have tested positive for “Delta” virus in Lebanon.

He urged citizens, during a vaccination campaign in Dhour El Choueir area, to rush to vaccination centers “because it is the only way to ensure protection, in addition to the required preventive measures.”

He finally stressed that the “epidemiological surveillance program” at the Ministry of Public Health was endeavoring to identify the source of these cases.
