In its daily report on COVID-19 developments, the Ministry of Public Health announced on Sunday the registration of 1,092 new Coronavirus infections, thus raising the cumulative number of confirmed cases to-date to 1,125,720.

The report added that one death was recorded within the past 24 hours.
