Health Ministry Undersecretary Dr, Waleed Khalifa Al Manea received Hamad Town Pharmacy Group chairman Ahmed Al Alawi and Financial Affairs director Ridha Al Halwaji.

Dr. Almanea commended the pivotal role played by the private sector in supporting the health sector and providing medicinal and pharmaceutical supplies in Bahrain.

He praised the partnership provided by the Hamad Town Pharmacy Group in the launch ceremony of the “World Health Day 2023”, which coincides this year with the seventy-fifth anniversary of the establishment of the World Health Organization under the slogan “Health for All: 75 years. of improving public health”.

Al Alawi commended the ministry’s efforts in various health fields, stressing commitment to community partnership to further promote public health and enhance the quality of medical and preventive services.
