HH Shaikh Sultan bin Hamad Al Khalifa congratulated the National Security Advisor, Secretary-General of the Supreme Defence Council, and Commander of the Royal Guard, Lt.Gen. HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, on his promotion to the rank of Lieutenant-General, following a Royal Order by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
He wished him further success in achieving the aspirations of His Majesty the King and serving the nation.
