Secretary General of the Higher Education Council, Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Daij Al Khalifa, the council’s Board of Trustees Deputy Chairperson, received in her office today Dr. Zainab Rashid Sewar who presented her with a copy of her PhD and Master’s Degree thesis, obtained from Helwan University.

Dr. Shaikha Rana praised the efforts made in compiling the thesis, wishing Dr. Zainab further success.
