His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah sent on Monday a cable of condolences to Chairman of the Libyan Presidential Council, Dr. Mohammad Al-Manfi, expressing sorrow over victims of the floods that hit the North African country.
