Manama, National Guard Commander, General Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa, congratulated His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander, on Muharraq Club’s winning of the AFC Cup after beating Uzbekistan’s FC Nasaf in the final today.
The National Guard Commander affirmed that development of Bahrain football reflects the care and support of HM the King to sport in Bahrain which brought about many achievements in regional and international competitions. He also described the accomplishment as a reflection of the high sport capabilities and technical and administrative level of Muharraq Club, under the presidency of Shaikh Ahmed bin Ali Al Khalifa, the board Chairman.
