Muscat – His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has received a written message from Ebrahim Raisi, President of Iran.
His Majesty the Sultan received the letter from Dr. Hossein Amir Abdullahian, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, at Al-Baraka Palace on Sunday
During the meeting, the guest conveyed the greetings and wishes of the Iranian President to His Majesty the Sultan for continued health and wellness, and for the Omani people for further advancement and prosperity.
His Majesty the Sultan conveyed his greetings and wishes to the Iranian President and the friendly Iranian people for further development and prosperity.
The meeting also discussed joint cooperation between the two friendly countries and ways to enhance and develop them, in addition to exchanging views related to regional and international developments.
The meeting was attended by Sayyid Badr bin Hamad al Busaidi, Foreign Minister, Ali Najafi, the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Sultanate of Oman, and the delegation accompanying the guest.
