Muscat, His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of condolences to President Joe Biden of the United States of America (USA) on victims of the blizzard which hit several US states.
In the cable, His Majesty expressed his sincere sympathies to President Biden, families of the victims and the people of the USA, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
