Muscat, His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of congratulations to President-elect Gustavo Petro of the Republic of Colombia.

In the cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his sincere sentiments to President-elect Petro, wishing him success in realizing aspirations of the Colombian people. His Majesty also wished the relations between the two countries further development and growth.
