His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of congratulations to President-elect Mohamed Muizzu of the Republic of Maldives on being elected as his country’s new president.

In the cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his heartfelt sentiments and best wishes of success to President-elect Mohamed Muizzu in leading the people of Maldives towards further progress and prosperity.
