Muscat, His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of congratulations to President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva of the Federative Republic of Brazil on being elect as his country’s President.
In the cable, His Majesty expressed his sincere sentiments and best wishes of success to President Lula da Silva in realizing the Brazilian people’s aspirations of further progress and prosperity. His Majesty also wished the relations between the two countries further development and growth.
