Muscat, His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik has sent a cable of congratulations to President Rumen Radev of the Republic of Bulgaria on the occasion of him being re-elected as a president of the Republic for a new presidential term.

In the cable, His Majesty expressed his sincere sentiments and best wishes of success to President Radev in leading the friendly Bulgarian people towards further progress and prosperity. He also wished the friendship relations between the two countries progress.
