His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of congratulations to President Paul Kagame of the Republic of Rwanda on being re-elected as his country’s president.

In the cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his sincere sentiments and best wishes of success to President Paul Kagame in leading the people of Rwanda towards further progress and prosperity. His Majesty also wished the bilateral relations further development and growth.
