Muscat, His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik has received a cable of thanks from President Nguyen Xuan Phuc of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in reply to His Majesty’s congratulatory cable to him on the occasion of him being elected as a president of his country.

In the cable, President Phuc expressed his sincere thanks for His Majesty’s congratulations, stressing his keenness on promoting the bilateral relations between his country and the Sultanate. He wished His Majesty good health and permanent success.
