Muscat, Dr. Khalid Said Al Jaradi, Head of Protocols Department at the Foreign Ministry handed over the consular patent to Sheikh Khalid Yaqoub Al Harthy, appointing him as an honorary consul of the United Mexican States to the Sultanate of Oman.
