Muscat, Dr. Mohammed Ali Al Mutawa, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning for Urban Planning, today signed 27 land development contracts (usufructs) for the setting up of fuel filling stations, commercial and industrial projects.

He also signed an agreement to set up 30 residential units for citizens whose houses were damaged during the climatic condition “Shaheen” in the Governorate of North Al Batinah.

The contracts were inked as part of Oman Design & Build Week’s programmes being held at Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre.
