Guangzhou, Abdullah bin Adel Fakhro, Minister of Industry and Commerce, participated in the China-GCC 1+6 Economic and Trade Ministers’ meeting held in China.
The GCC Ministers of Trade and Wang Wentao, Chinese Minister of Commerce, participated in the meeting, in the presence of Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, GCC Secretary General.
The meeting focused on several key topics, most importantly preserving the multilateral trading system, and strengthening the FTA negotiations between China and the GCC. As well as enhancing investment cooperation, developing the industrial chain and supply chain, and enhancing cooperation in infrastructure connectivity and modern energy.
They also discussed other topics of common interest.
