Israeli Occupation Continues to Commit Genocide in Gaza for 349th Consecutive Day

The Israeli occupation continued committing genocide on the Gaza Strip for the 349th consecutive day, escalating bombardment and the targeting of Palestinian homes and shelter camps.

The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) bombed a residential building near the electricity company in Sabra neighborhood, south of Gaza City, murdering five Palestinians and injuring many others, medical sources said today. The occupation aircraft targeted a house on Al-Nadim Street in Al-Zeytoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City, and fired artillery shells towards the same neighborhood.

The occupying army continued its incursion in the same area and demolished residential buildings around the vicinity of the University College of Applied Sciences (UCAS), and sounds of explosions were heard throughout the Gaza Strip.

In northern Gaza, the civil defense announced that it pulled out the bodies of two murdered Palestinians and several wounded civilians, after the IOF had bombed a residential house near Al-Shurbaji Mosque in Al-Fak
hoora area in Jabalia camp. At the center of the Gaza Strip, the IOF fired two artillery shells at Bureij Camp, while the IOF vehicles opened fire with machine guns on the northwestern areas of Nuseirat camp. In Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip, the IOF opened fire heavily towards the tens of the displaced persons in the coastal Mawasi area, wounding several persons. The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced yesterday that the Israeli occupation slaughtered at least 41,272 Palestinians and injured at least 95,551 others since 7 October 2023.

The Gaza Strip and other occupied Palestinian territories experience unprecedented humanitarian catastrophe due to the Israeli brutal, barbaric and heinous aggression and genocide committed against defenseless civilians in the strip and the occupied West Bank. The ongoing aggression in the Gaza Strip causes horrible health conditions following the persistent, deliberate attacks on medical buildings, hospitals and civil infrastructure, deliberately denying the entry of m
edical supplies and fuel needed by medical complexes, as well as preventing the access of aid convoys to the Strip in a flagrant violation of the International Humanitarian Law, Geneva Conventions and resolutions of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) amidst paralysis of the international community.
