His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Monday a cable to the President of Paraguay Mario Abdo Benitez, congratulating him on his country’s national day.

In the cable, His Highness the Amir expressed sincere wishes of progress and development to the President and his people.
