His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent a cable of condolences Sunday to Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva.

In the cable, His Highness the Crown Prince expressed condolences over the victims of the civil plane crash near the state of Sao Paulo, which claimed the lives of those on board.
