His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent a cable of condolences Sunday to Philippine President Bongbong Marcos over the victims of Typhoon Gaemi, which hit the capital Manila and other areas. In the cable, His Highness the Crown Prince wished speedy recovery for the injured.
