His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations, Wednesday, to the newly elected President of Paraguay Santiago Pena.

In the cable, His Highness the Prime Minister wished the new Paraguayan leader good luck, health, and happiness, and further progress and prosperity for his country and people.

He also wished further growth and development of the Kuwaiti-Paraguayan relationship.
