Kuwait sixth dispatched aid plane arrives in Sudan
The sixth dispatched Kuwaiti aid plane arrived in Khartoum airport, carrying 10 tons of medical and humanitarian supplies to the people of Sudan, Kuwait’s Ambassador in Khartoum Fahad Al-Dhufairi said Tuesday.
In a statement to KUNA, Al-Dhufairi added that an expansion of aid planes has been approved from previously five Kuwaiti aid plane trips to 13 trips, which comes as response to the shortages of medical supplies to violence-hit Sudan.
Al-Dhufairi noted that such efforts is in complete coordination between Kuwait Red Crescent Society (KRSC) and Sudan counterpart.
