Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Sheikh Ahmad Fahad Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah hailed on Sunday deep-rooted relations with the United State.
Al-Sabah praised the two countries’ constant cooperation, especially in military aspects, a statement by the Defense ministry said.
After meeting with US Charge d’Affaires in Kuwait James Holtsnider, the two officials discussed mutual relations and latest regional and international developments, the statement noted.
The Defense Ministry’s “direct contracting policy” in all upcoming transactions and dealings within the country’s rules and regulations was a key issue discussed during the meeting.
